By accessing or using rustgear.org, you acknowledge and agree that:

You may be required to undergo identity, age, or compliance checks (including KYC). Submitting false, incomplete, or deceptive information is strictly prohibited and may result in legal or financial penalties.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business or legal entity, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
Jurisdictional Restrictions

By using the Platform, you confirm that your location allows lawful access to our services.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
rustgear.org operates as an online marketplace enabling the purchase and sale of gaming skins and other virtual items transferred through Steam trade offers.
Purchased items are delivered exclusively to the Steam account linked to your Platform profile.
We do not manufacture or modify digital items; our function is to facilitate resale and distribution.
All payments are processed by certified third-party providers following industry-standard security protocols.
3. ACCOUNT CREATION & SECURITY
Platform access is provided throughSteam authentication.
You must ensure that all account information remains accurate and up to date.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all actions carried out through your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or exhibit fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious behavior.
4. ORDERS & PAYMENT TERMS
Submitting an order indicates acceptance of the listed price, including any applicable taxes and fees.
Payment options at checkout may include bank cards, PayPal, or supported alternatives.
All payments are handled by accredited payment processors; TRANSFORTUNALT LTD does not store or control customer funds.
Use of stolen or unauthorized payment credentials is strictly forbidden and may result in cancellation and reporting to relevant authorities.
We may cancel orders due to suspected fraud, errors, or pricing inaccuracies.
Prices are displayed in EUR (€) and may be updated at any time.
5. DIGITAL ITEM DELIVERY
After successful payment verification, items are transferred via a Steam trade offer.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect trade URLs, Steam-related issues, regional restrictions, or user-side configuration problems.
Most deliveries occur within 7 days, but delays of up to 14 days may occur. If an order remains undelivered beyond this period, you may request a refund or a free replacement.
User Obligations
You must ensure:
a valid and active Steam trade URL is provided;
required Steam security features (Steam Guard, Mobile Authenticator) are enabled;
the Steam account is eligible for trading (no bans, cooldowns, regional limitations, or privacy issues).
6. SELLING ITEMS, MARKETPLACE RULES & PAYOUTS
Listing Requirements
All items must be correctly categorized and may be reviewed before appearing on the marketplace.
Listings can be rejected without explanation if considered unsafe, non-compliant, or potentially fraudulent.
Ownership & Inventory
You retain ownership of your items until the sale is completed.
You are responsible for ensuring that listed items are tradable and available for delivery. Failing to deliver may result in sanctions.
Platform Fees
A 10% commission applies to each completed sale.
Payouts
You must provide accurate payout details; verification may be required before funds are released.
Payouts are made via approved processors; the Platform does not issue payments directly.
Typical processing time is 3–7 business daysafter confirming item delivery; delays may occur due to compliance checks or processor requirements.
Payout amounts must comply with Platform limits (minimum €10, maximum €5,000, subject to change).
If transactions involve fraud, invalid items, or delivery failure, payouts may be reversed with prior notification.
Your payout history is available in your account dashboard.
Users in restricted regions may not be eligible for payouts.
Security & Compliance
Payment and personal data is handled by authorized providers in accordance with GDPR, PCI DSS, and other relevant regulations.
Marketplace activity is monitored. Suspicious actions may lead to delayed, withheld, or cancelled payouts.
7. REFUNDS, RETURNS & ORDER CANCELLATION
Under UK law, immediate delivery of digital content voids the standard 14-day withdrawal right. By placing an order, you consent to instant delivery.
Orders may be cancelled only before payment is processed—contact info@rustgear.org immediately.
Orders not yet delivered on Steam may be cancelled upon verification.
Delivered digital items are normally non-refundable unless required by law.
Refund requests for undelivered or unaccepted items are accepted within 30 days.
Refunds may be denied if misuse, abuse, or fraud is suspected.
Approved refunds will be returned within 14 days to the original payment method.
All refunds follow applicable consumer protection laws.
8. USER CONDUCT & PROHIBITED ACTIVITY
You may not:
Use the Platform for unlawful purposes, including money laundering or sanctions evasion.
Supply false, misleading, or incomplete information.
Attempt to compromise Platform security or infrastructure.
Use bots, automation tools, or scripts without explicit prior approval.
Engage in fraud, including chargeback abuse or use of unauthorized payment methods.
Redistribute or resell items obtained via the Platform without permission.
Interfere with Platform functionality or perform harmful technical actions.
Violations may result in account suspension, termination, withholding of funds, and reports to authorities.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Platform content (including text, graphics, code, branding, and layout) is the property of TRANSFORTUNALT LTD or its licensors and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.
All Rust and Facepunch Studios-related assets remain the property of Facepunch Studios. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Facepunch Studios.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce Platform content without authorization.
10. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and process data. By using the Platform, you consent to these practices.
TRANSFORTUNALT LTD acts as the Data Controller under UK GDPR.
Personal and payment information is processed securely for order management, fraud prevention, compliance checks, and payout handling.
Data may be shared with trusted partners only for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
You may exercise GDPR rights, including access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We aim to ensure reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, opportunities, or reputation.
We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party systems, including Steam bans, API outages, or item price fluctuations.
12. INDEMNIFICATION & ACCOUNT TERMINATION
You agree to indemnify and hold TRANSFORTUNALT LTD harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities resulting from:
violations of these Terms,
unlawful conduct,
fraudulent activity,
misuse of the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if activity poses risk to the Platform or other users.
13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Significant revisions to these Terms will be announced at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of England and Wales unless payment processor rules dictate otherwise.
Users agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting support before initiating legal proceedings.
